Tuesday, June 3rd in the Crown Plaza Hotel, Badenerstrasse 420, Zurich.

What is happening in IT for Human Resources and how will this impact the function in the years ahead? Josh Bersin published in Forbes early 2014 a highly acclaimed article about disruptive technology trends that will shape Human Resources in the years to come. For the last 2 years Volker Jacobs is working together with 50 of the most senior IT leaders for HR from large multinationals. Their latest research tells us that the spend for HRIT will grow significantly and he will confirm some of the predictions of Josh Bersin. We will complement this in a Q&A with leaders of IT for HR from large Swiss multinationals companies.

This annual leadership conference will have a strong educational element; you will feel informed to put future technology developments in HR in the context of today’s possibilities and limitations and you are well prepared to argue the case for investment in IT for HR.

Josh is a frequent speaker at industry events and has been quoted on talent management topics in key media, including Harvard Business Review, The Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg, The Financial Times, BBC Radio, CBS Radio and National Public Radio. He is a popular blogger for and has been a columnist since 2007 for Chief Learning Officer magazine.Josh spent 25 years in product development, product management, marketing and sales of e-learning and other enterprise technologies at companies including DigitalThink (now Convergys), Arista Knowledge Systems, Sybase, and IBM.  Josh’s education includes a B.S. in engineering from Cornell University, an M.S. in engineering from Stanford University, and an MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California.
  Jacobs Volker Jacobs is Managing Director of Corporate Executive Board for Germany, Austria and Switzerland, member of CEB’s global leadership group and the global head of CEB’s HRIS Excellence initiative. This is a global group of 50 of the most senior IT leaders for HR who share their insights and knowledge. They also initiate HR specific research into current and future trends that will impact the HR function. Just recently this group completed such a project.Volker is Member of CEB’s Global Leadership Group In the combination with his other roles and he is a trusted personal advisor to senior HR executives in multinational companies, helping them to transform their HR Function. Prior to CEB, he was Managing Partner of Baumgartner consulting and before this he was a consultant with Anderson Consulting.
