Objectives

New recruits are usually hired to stay for a while. An ever increasing number of new staff is from different parts of the world. What processes do HR managers have in place to give new team members from abroad an original welcome to make them want to stay to become a trusting, open-minded member of your company?

 Method

Simulations in groups, intercultural competence assessments, theory input on ways of trust development, presentation of cases, interactive exchange of experience of the participants, case based discussion.

 The training will be held in English. A sound working knowledge of English is required.
