Breakfast Dialogue

Similar to previous years, BCG conducted together with support of the European Association for People Management (EAPM) an extensive study on trends in the HR world. The conclusions from previous years are not only equally valid, they are becoming more and more burning issues. Business leaders increasingly understand the issues they are facing in talent management and leadership development, but the development of HR function is still not aligned; the gap between expectations and capabilities is widening. HR still needs to “reboot” its function and this is what Dr. Adrian Hofer will discuss with us.

Adrian leads the People and Organization practice in Switzerland. This study is one of the most influential ones in the HR space and essential for HR professionals in order for us to focus on the right initiatives in HR.
