Oliver Vandré leads Mercer’s M&A business in Central Europe, Eastern Europe & Nordics and advises Corporate Clients as well as Private Equity organizations during transactions and restructuring processes.

Oliver has extensive experience in strategic HR, Mergers & Acquisitions, Organizational Development & Design and general HR management on an international level from both line management and consulting roles. He has advised on companies on more than 300 M&A related deals. He also animates trainings and expert roundtables at DAX / Fortune 500 companies and has written numerous articles and thought leadership on the M&A topics.
