Over-committed, over-connected and overwhelmed: Improving productivity in digital era.

We live in an era where it is possible to be on-line and working 24/7. Employees report they feel they are working longer and harder than before. However, in many countries productivity is stagnant or declining. At the same time burnout and the number sick days due to mental health issues are increasing.

Our organisational work practices, culture and leadership need to adapt to the world where productivity is no longer about the hours that people work. Organisations that create workplaces where their employees thrive and perform at their best are the organisations who are succeeding in a world of rapid change and digital disruption.
