Making Change Managment Work

To celebrate the festive season and a great year of events and cooperation we leave behind, we would like to invite you to our Year End Event with Liesel Farbach, Managing Consultant in CEB’s Talent Assessment Business

Change is the new normal but only about 1/3 of the more than 400 change initiatives CEB examined were clear successes based on self-reporting. Typical change management plans lead change from top down. While there have been a number of developments in the process side of change management, the impact of the people side of change has often been neglected.
However, talent is the area with the largest potential for driving improved results from change initiatives – 66% of the factors differentiating successful change relate to talent. A new approach is needed to more effectively use the workforce to plan and implement change. We will be presenting our latest insights and best practice cases. We invite you to learn and discuss about what we call Open Source change and which important role HR, leaders and employees have in this approach.
