“The Future of HR”

4 out of 5 companies are in the midst of an “HR Transformation” and from all the companies that have completed their HR transformation, more than 80% is not satisfied with the results. Why is this?

At the same time, it is widely acknowledged that “the intangibles” drive more than 70% of the value of a company and it is also widely acknowledged that talent plays a key role in the creation of these intangibles . Next to this, a monumental shift in technology is emerging and this will dramatically change the face of HR.

HR should be “in the business of talent” and this workshop will give you insights into “HR 3.0”; an approach that focuses on the effectiveness of talent practices, rather than the efficiency of HR processes.

This workshop will be facilitated by Michael Liley and Ruud Rikhof. Michael has a 20+ year track record in HR; he was amongst others the Global Head HR of EY and the Global Head HR of the United Nations Development Program. Ruud brings experience from an extensive corporate HR career with companies like SHV, IBM, Bristol-Myers-Squibb, Novartis and lately as Managing Director HR at UBS. Both are partners at KennedyFitch, a boutique consulting company that “breathes” HR.
