In a further mandate she established the HR function for the Advisory Section of an Consulting firm. 2002 – 2106 in various roles with EY, 2006-2016 HR Lead for Switzerland.blue line

Last year Natavan Aliyeva joined Adecco Group (currently the largest staffing organization in the world) as a Head of Talent, based in Glattbrugg. Prior to this she worked in Global and Regional HRBP, OD, L&D and Talent functions in engineering, airlines, oil and gas, pharmaceutical, and technology industries. Natavan has lived and worked in Azerbaijan and Middle East prior to her move to Switzerland. She is a certified Global HR professional and a certified ICF coach.

 James has a multi-disciplinary background in organization development, communication, human resources and marketing.  His work centers on the themes of helping individuals, teams and whole-systems to develop strategies, presence and skills for positive communication, organizational spirit and performance.  Prior to establishing his independent practice in 1995, he worked extensively with these themes as a communication specialist for General Motors Europe, Glattbrugg, Switzerland.  James is a global Swiss and American citizen.  He has also been a long-standing contributor to the media industry where he does regular voice-over, on-camera work and producing for various productions and live events.

Lori is a certified coach with the International Coach Federation (ICF) and holds a Master’s in Industrial / Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor’s in Psychology.  In addition to her academic degrees, Lori is qualified in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI®), Hogan Psychometrics and various other assessments.

Dagmar Richardson has a Master in Human Resources Management. She started her career as a Product Manager. In 1997 she moved from the Marketing/Sales sector into the field of Human Resources at Bestfoods CZ/SK and took over the global responsibility in the area of Human Resources across CEE. With the purchase by Unilever in 2000 she was promoted to HR Director at Unilever CZ/SK. From 2005-2007 Dagmar was HR Director for an international group in medical technology. In 2008 Dagmar Richardson founded MyPlacement AG, today International HR Services AG, which focuses exclusively on International short and long-term work assignments at home and abroad.

Defne is a Turkish citizen and holds a BSc degree in Civil Engineering, an MBA as well as a PhD degree in Enterprise Development and Worklife Organizational Research, focusing on Action Research.
